Psst..Want to know a secret? There is nobody in this world that can make us feel bad. I'll say it again. There is nobody in this world that can make us feel bad. I know, I know this is a hard pill to swallow. Most people will downright object to this concept and dismiss it as a load of rubbish. Really think about it.

You can show appreciation for what you have. You can be happy for what you have now. Be grateful for what you have now. Be grateful for your family, your house, your car, your friends and even those that you don't get along with very well. They are showing you a true side of yourself that needs more work, more acceptance, more understanding.

You don't have to be religious, you don't have to be spiritual, heck you don't even have to believe in God. If you want to find real happiness and freedom from mental grief, use this principal. You will surprise yourself. Everybody has this ability, it is in every single human being on earth. We control our own thoughts. We can put into our minds good programming or bad programming. Just like a computer, "garbage in-garbage out". We have the choice of putting good programming (appreciation, gratitude, thankfulness, open mindedness) into our mind or negative programming. Obviously the good programming is the road to choose. You will quickly discover a new pattern of thinking that never showed up before. Mental anger and hostility will diminish. When you carry this attitude of forgiveness to work, you end up leaving your job with way less stress and way more happiness, more time for family and friends, more time for important things, more time for you.

This concept may seem like garbage to some but try it for 2 weeks. See the positive change in your life.
